3. All goods in our store are shot in kind under natural light. Due to the difference in shooting light, camera pixel and display resolution, there may be slight color difference. Please confirm the Color and style with customer service when purchasing. Goods are mainly our goods.
4. The size of the pendant and the length of the chain are both measured manually, with a slight error of 0.5-1mm for the pendant and 1-2cm for the chain.
5. All products in our store have been carefully inspected before shipment. If there are any minor defects, we will inform you in advance. However, small adhesive marks or traces that do not affect the wearing of accessories are inevitable. Customers with high requirements should consider carefully before making a purchase.
6. When the buyer signs for the delivery, please open and inspect it in person. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, please refuse to accept them. Regarding after-sales service
When the buyer receives the goods and signs for them, if the goods are shipped incorrectly or damaged, we will resend the damaged accessories at our own expense.
About Delivery
We promise to make payment before 5 pm on the same day and ship the goods on the same day. Payment after 5 pm will be made and shipped the next day. If there is insufficient inventory, the shipping time will be extended and the goods will be shipped within 7 days.
