How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our global warehouse will be shipped using ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our U.S. warehouse will be shipped via USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some areas that we cannot ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once an item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to have one or more packages shipped to you and may incur customs charges when the package arrives in your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@stellaramour.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
